Standard type of RCGF series hot filling machine is "3-in-1".aiming at special production condition,one disinfectant rinser can be increased to be 4-in-1 monobloc.the system gives full consideration for beverage's characteristics(e.g.it is easy to have foaming for tea beverage and mixed juice.)and main technical requirement of hot filling.
1. The machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations. The three functions of bottle washing, filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine.
2. This 3-in-1 monobloc machine is for fruit juice, tea beverage, etc. Processing.
3. Direct connection technology is used between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor. It is easy to change the size of bottles.
4. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to change the size of bottles easily, without adjusting the equipment height. Only arch board and star wheel such little nylon parts need to be changed.
5. The head of filling machine is made of better stainless steel, which is firm and endurable.
Washing Parts.
- Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with bottle dial.
- All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean.
- 304/316 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing.
- 304/316 stainless steel washing pump make the machine more durable.
Filling Parts.
High speed and mass flow filling valve ensures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.Filling valve have itself reflux device,Vacuum device increase the liquid level.
Capping Parts.
- Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping

Air Conveyor.
- Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top.

- Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power.
- All are made of stainless steel SUS 304 /316.
